Common Mistakes In Customer Service

In this topic I want to let you know when you has working and that's all always have mistake customer service if ! you are work about call center and seller. So, why both of this are have always mistake that cause this job you must talk and speak often thus, you do work hard but if you don't know how to talk with customer or you have angry while you work you maybe talking impolite so, that mistake for customer service.

So, that so bad for a customer when to hear that, then I will told you how to tell and talk to the customer when you don't know about they want.

I will show 3 thing you need to do when have mistakes in customer service

1.Tone is Everything is when you have phone call or have conversation make sure that you keep a tone is clear and polite. Always smile when responding cause this will ensure that your tone comes across as pleasant and helpful.

2.Be Willing to Find the Answer is you must to helpful always customer want to know that make a customer know you want to really to help,such as you say; "I don't know"
you should follow it with "However, I will find out for you" that can customer accept your answer.

3.Own Up to Mistakes is you mustn't avoid of mistake thus that a problem not from you, but customer they just need to know who can help, and who can give a  solution about the mistake.

 Therefore, this topic very important to everyone you maybe a customer or call center so, should to know what we can do when have experience like this. And you should to love if you had work about service like a word in Thai is "The Customer Is God". So, I hope you get many thing in this topic and you can use for you real life also.
